Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or an exchange. In order to request a refund email info@twis.clothing with a subject title as "Refund #[Order Number]". We will send you a label and you will have 14 days to send it out. 

Returns and Exchanges will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

Additional Return Guidelines

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Products marked Final Sale can not be returned and are final sale. 

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 3-5 business days from the date your package was delivered. 

Once your product is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Refunds can 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account.
